This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any liability.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and outside the U.S. are not eligible. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families and household members are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins when the entry page goes live and ends November 24, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time ("Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period ends will not count.
4. How to Enter
Main entry (required): complete the entry form at pacifictirewheel.com/pages/kmc-giveaway with your first name, email, phone number and vehicle. Limit one main entry per person and email address. You agree to receive marketing emails and texts from Sponsor; you may unsubscribe at any time and remain entered.
Bonus entries (optional, only for people with a valid main entry):
- Referrals: +5 entries for each new, eligible person who submits a valid main entry using your personal referral link. Self-referrals, duplicate or fake entries do not count.
- Instagram comments: +1 entry for each comment on Sponsor's official Instagram giveaway ad or post that tags a different real person (one entry per unique friend tagged).
- Instagram story share: +2 entries for sharing Sponsor's official giveaway ad or post to your Instagram story and tagging @pacifictirevisalia during the Entry Period.
Instagram bonus entries count only if the Instagram username matches the username submitted on the main entry form. Sponsor may disqualify entries made with multiple or fake accounts, bots, scripts or other automated means.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one set of four (4) new KMC brand wheels of the winner's choice, selected from in-stock KMC wheels available to Sponsor, with a total approximate retail value ("ARV") of up to $2,000 USD, plus free shipping to an address in the 48 contiguous states or DC. Tires, installation, lug nuts, TPMS sensors and any other items are not included unless Sponsor chooses to add them. If the selected wheels exceed $2,000 ARV, the winner may pay the difference or choose another set. No cash alternative. Prize is not transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a selection is unavailable. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and confirming fitment for their vehicle.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries (main plus bonus entries) on or about November 25, 2026, which Sponsor may show live on Instagram. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within 72 hours and may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and release. If a winner does not respond, is ineligible or does not comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or technical failures. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical problems or other causes impair its integrity. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees Sponsor may use their first name, city, state and photo of their vehicle with the prize for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
Participants release Sponsor and its owners and employees from any claims arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Privacy
Information collected is used to administer the giveaway and for Sponsor's marketing as described above, under Sponsor's privacy policy.
